I’m Mikita Gandhi, a Registered Dietitian, Integrative Nutritionist, and Health Coach with over 11 years of experience in helping individuals achieve sustainable health. As a dedicated Nutritionist and Health Expert in Mumbai, I understand the unique challenges that working professionals face in managing lifestyle-related diseases, PCOS, hormone balance, and overall wellness.

Our body has a particular rhythm and it is important to schedule or eating and fasting pattern to sync the rhythm. It will assist our body to carry out the major functions effortlessly such as build, repair and cleanse. This will allow us to keep our health at the best. It is best understand your bodies need to nourish, nurture with natural resources and bring the natural balance in the body.

It is important to understand that our body works as a whole so the approach to improving health and diseases does not only lie in bandage approach. It is the amalgamation of all the factors such as food, sleep, activity, mood, relationships, work, stress, medicine, supplements.
